Anne is bringing another iconic piece of Scottish Fayre to The Highlands of The Island, a traditional Scotch Pie made with hot water paste, filled with locally sourced seasoned lamb, served with beans and Hassleback Potatoes. “Braw enough even to put a smile on Braveheart’s face!”
Each family had a favorite butcher who made them, as the butchers would make their own blend of spices and seasonings. We are using Lamb from Springwater Farm, and potatoes from Yonker Produce, North Wiltshire.
