The terroir and seasonal variations shines through in this cider. Crushing and juicing 100% wild apples from Riverdale, the natural wild yeasts and sugars found in the apples are left to a long, cold and slow artisan craft cider method of fermentation. Maturing the cider takes several months allowing a deep full-bodied apple flavour to develop.
A lightly carbonated dry cider with a fruity note.
