Growing, crushing and juicing 3 varieties of apples, 2 Scottish Cider Makers allow the wild yeasts to ferment in a long, slow and cold process. Once mature, they add a mixture of blackberry and blackcurrant juice which evokes memories of a walk along the trails and eating nature’s bounty from the hedgerows.
A lightly carbonated, semi-dry, slightly pink cider, full of apple flavour with a hint of berries.
