Crushing and juicing 100% wild apples from Riverdale, the natural wild yeasts and sugars found in the apples are left to a long, cold and slow artisan craft cider method of fermentation. Maturing the cider takes several months allowing a deep full-bodied apple flavour to develop.

Growing, crushing and juicing 3 varieties of apples, 2 Scottish Cider Makers allow the wild yeasts to ferment in a long, slow and cold process. Once mature, they add a mixture of blackberry and blackcurrant juice which evokes memories of a walk along the trails and eating nature’s bounty from the hedgerows.
